Critiques:
1. Overall, this study is all using survey research, to get respond/feedback from respondent, using cross-sectional
2. Researcher should also interview respondents to get their true / verbal opinion at the work place, because the study is on the situation at the work place. Should also observe at the work place to get proof.( from the findings , 5.6% responded negatively -disagree that the organization provided pleasant working environment at their work place )
3. Should compare between two groups, give treatment to one group ( provide enough facilities ) then conduct survey between both group and make comparison
4. By using or depending solely on questionnaire as a tool in testing the result of the survey is not enough. Respondents tend to be biased in marking the questionnaire.
5. Researcher should also look into the causal on job dissatisfaction, so must combine the causal and effect relationship. If look into job dissatisfaction, the benefit is to provide solution to overcome the dissatisfactions among the staff. From the findings there are some percentages with no ticks ( meaning they did not satisfy at all ), but no question on the element of dissatisfactions.
